30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

All returns require prior approval before items are sent back.

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

  • Returns are sent to our international fulfillment warehouse

  • A $10 USD administration fee per item will be deducted from your refund

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Request a return for the original item

  2. Place a new order once your return has been approved


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days

  • A refund confirmation email will be sent

  • Funds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days

Cancellation Policy

Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

After this period, orders are already in processing and cannot be modified or cancelled.
If an order is cancelled too late, customers must follow the standard return process after delivery.
